摘要
采用CNⅡ遗传交配设计,评估了14份玉米材料(10个三峡地区地方品种和4个外源种质)的遗传潜势,结果表明:三峡地区10个地方品种间遗传变异丰富,10个数量性状的一般配合力在各个地方品种间存在差异。兰花早、小麦黄、竹溪玉米、巫溪玉米14等品种其产量及产量构成因子的一般配合力效应较好;BSSSC9、墨黄九2个外源种质综合性状好,配合力高,是优良的外源种质。基于地方品种与4个外源种质在杂交产量及产量的特殊配合力上的表现,提出了如何利用这些材料组建基础群体用于群体改良的初步设想。
The North Carolina Ⅱ mating design was used to evaluate the genetic potential of 14 populations including ten local varieties collected from the Three Gorges area and four exotic synthetics, The results showed there was abundant additive genetic variability within maize local varieties in the Three Gorges area. The combining ability estimation revealed that the value of GCA effects on studied traits was significantly different among the fourteen materials, Lanhuazao, Xiaomeihuang, Zhuxiyumi, Wuxiyumi14 and Roulihuang had postive GCA effects on yield and its component factors. BSSSC9, Maihuang 9 also showed higher GCA effects on most of the quantitative traits, and were extotic elite germplasms, Based on the combining ability and heterotic patterns of the ten local varieties. A suggestion about how to form the basic population which could be used for population improvment had brought forward.
