详细地阐述了退卷积的物理意义,康普顿轮廓测量中所用的广义最小二乘法退卷积的基本思想和具体处理过程.
In this paper we expound the significance of deconvonlution in physics in details, and then present the the basic ideal and the practical procedure of the generalized least squares deconvolution method in Compton profile measurement.
