对线性部分具有两个零特征根，但一次项系数不全为零的一类三次系统的第三临界情形，给出了利用方程自身系数判定奇点附近拓扑结构的准则．

In this paper, we discuss the third critical case for a class of cubic systems, in which the linear part has two zero eigenvalues, but the linear coefficients are not all zero. We obtain a criterion from the coefficients of the equations for the topological structure near the singular point.
