本文研究内返料内分级喷浆造粒干燥机的内分级效率。通过数学推导和理论分析，获得了内分级的最高分级效率和最低分级效率的计算模型。拟合实验数据得到内分级实际分级效率的关联式。讨论了返料倍数和粒度偏析对内分级效率的影响情况，并提出相应的对策。

A calculatingmodel of the highest and lowest classificati-on efficiencies of internal classification wasobtained tbrongh mathematical derivation andtheoretical analyses. The correlation of anactual internal classification efficiency wasobtained by fitting experiinental data. Theeffect of revert ratio and size segtegation onclassification efficiency was discussed andcountermeasures wete proposed.
