摘要
与液体和固体的拉曼光谱法分析研究相比较,气体的拉曼光谱法定量测定分析研究具有较高的难度,而且比红外吸收光谱法分析的空间分辩力高,因此它被广泛应用于大气污染的环境监测分析和痕量气态污染物的定量测定分析研究。本文探讨了应用Q支现象的分析方法,对于分子转动动态以及转动能级的研究极为重要。也介绍了气体定量测定分析的理论基础──Placzek极化性理论,讨论了在气体定量测定分析研究中内标法与外标法的两个不同的理论计算公式,并就应用拉曼光谱法进行气体定量测定分析的几个关键性技术问题进行了深入的讨论,为形成完整的气体拉曼光谱法定量测定分析的理论和技术方法,作了有益的探索。
The Raman spectroscopy method of gas-phase have a high spacial resolution compared with the infrared absorption method.It has been used in the study of electron transition among energy levels and the angular momentum of nuclear rotation,air pollution monitoring and quantitative analysis of trace pollutants.This paper presents Q-branch and its application,theoretical base of gaseous Raman quantitative analysis──Polarizability theory(derived by Placzek).There are two different calculating formulas in the Raman quantitative analysis of gas-phase,namely internal and external standard methods.We must know how to resolve some questions often encountered in Raman quantitative anlysis of gas-phase. And also,this paper goes deep discussion into some key technological in the application of gasous Raman Spectroscopy quantitative analysis.
