摘要
本文在实验室条件下对10t电弧炉底吹搅拌进行了水力学模型研究.研究结果表明,底吹气体搅拌可大大加快熔池混匀速度,中心底吹效果较偏心底吹好。
The study of a cold hydraulic model of 10t EAF with bottom blowing was conducted in the laboratory. The results show that the mixing time of bath can be greatly shortened with the increase of bottom blowing rate, the stirring effect of center blowing is better than that of eccentric blowing, and the stirring characteristics of bottom blowing in EAF is quite different from that in a converter with a deeper bath.
