摘要
本文研究了电渣感应熔炼过程中铁液的气化脱硫待证研究表明:在一定的试验条件下,5min内铁液中的硫含量从0.076%降至0、008%,气化脱硫率可达70%:随渣中CaO含量及CaO/SiO2的增加,气比脱硫率降低.
The desulphurization characteristics of liquid iron during the electroslag induction melting process were studied. It was found that the sulphur content in liquid iron wasdecreased from 0.076% to 0.008% and the gaseous desulphurization efficiency may be up to70% in 5 Ininutes. The increase of CaO content and/or CaO/SiO2 in the slag can decreasethe gaseous desulphurization while high Fe2O3 content increased the efficiency under certainexperimental conditions.
