摘要
在直径40mm的流化床中,考察了Al2O3、CaCO3等超细颗粒的流化特性,测定了床层压降变化、床层的坍落及膨胀规律.通过对超细颗粒自团聚现象的分析,探讨了超细颗粒稳定流化的机理.
The fluidization characteristics of ultra-fine Al2O3, CaCO3 were studied in a fluidized bed with 40mm i.d. The bed pressure drop, bed collapsing and expanding curves were measured. By analyzing the phenomena of the spontaneous agglomeration of ultra-fine particles and fluid-dynamic agglomeration, the fluidization mechanism of ultra-fine particles was suggested.
