摘要
哈尔滨煤气工程的关键设备煤加压气化炉，采用了μＸＬ系统、ＹＳ－８０系统为主控系统。控制系统主要包括：气化剂系统、炉篦系统、煤锁给煤系统、紧急停车监测系统，在控制系统中采用了模糊等高级控制算法。系统已于９３－０９全部投入使用。于９３－１２月通过了国家机械部重大装备司组织的专家鉴定。
The Coal pressurized gasifier is the critical device in the Harbin coal engineering.As amaster control system,pXL and YS-80 are adopted.The control system includes gasifying agent system,grate system,coal lock coal feeding system and emergency shut-down monitoring system. In addition,some high-grade control algorithm such as fuzzy are used in the control system.The system has been put into operation since Sep,1993.
