摘要
开发了一种被称为多段悬浮床塔式反应器的新型装置,以代替双酚A生产中苯酚与丙酮缩合反应所使用的固定床反应器。设计了使用多段悬浮床塔式反应器进行苯酚与丙酮缩合反应的工艺流程。模型实验表明新装置和新工艺与传统方法相比有明显优势,特别是对聚碳酯级双酚A生产有重要意义。
A new equipment-column type suspension reactor with multiple trays,has been developed for the condensation of phenol with acetone in the production of BPA instead of conventional fixed bed reactor.A flow diagram has been given,in which the new reactor is used to realize the above reaction.Model experiment shows that the new reactor and technology have much more advantages than the conventional method,and have significance for producing polycarbonate grade bisphenol A.
