2、4-二甲氧基乙酰基乙酰苯胺合成的研究

摘要 本论文研究了以间二氯苯为原料经硝化、甲氧基化、还原、酰化反应制备2、4-二甲氧基乙酰基乙酰苯胺。采用混酸硝化法制备2、4-二氯硝基苯,收率84%,纯度98%。以季铵盐和聚乙二醇为相转移催化剂进行甲氧基化反应,可缩短反应时间,提高收率。溶剂中铁粉还原法制备2、4-二甲氧基苯胺,收率84%。2、4-二甲氧基苯胺与双乙烯酮反应收率89%。 In this paper, the preparation of 2、4-dimethoxyacetoacetaniline from mdichlorobenzene by nitration, methoxylation, reduction and acidation was studied. 2、4-Dichloronitrobenzene was prepared by the nitration of m-dichlorobenzene with mixed acih with 84% yield and 98% purity.Methoxylation was catalyzed by quaternary ammonium salts or polythyene glycol as phase transfer catalysts, which could shorten the reaction time and increase the yield. 2、4-Dimethoxyaniline was synthesized from nitro-compound by reducing with iron powder in solvent, the yield of the product was 84%.2、4-Dimethoxyacetoacetanilide was obtained by using 2、4-dimethoxyaniline reacted with diketone, yield was 89%.
