摘要
采用拟均相一维模型计算径向温度梯度较大的固定床反应器,误差大的主要原因是采用的反应温度不合理。采用一个新定义的等效反应温度可大大增加计算的准确程度。通过几个算例证明用拟均相一维模型的计算结果与用拟均相二维模型得到的结果相当接近,而计算时间则大大减少。
To calculate the fixed bed reactor having larger radial temperature gradient with a pseudo-one-dimensional model,the results always deviate largely from the experimental data. It may be due tothe unreseasonable temperature selected.As modifying this medol with a newly defined ̄“EquvalentReaction Temperature ̄”,more accurate results may be obtained.Several examples showed that thecalculated results by this modified pseudo-one-dimensional model were quite consistent with that buthe pseudo-two-dimensional model,but the time consumption was reduced greatly.
