摘要
建立了气化炉物料平衡和热平衡关系,模拟计算了气化炉出口原料气组成、产气率和气化温度。讨论了操作条件(操作压力、氧油比、蒸汽油化和渣油预热温度等)对渣油气化的影响。
The equations of mass and heat balance have been established by taking steam reforming ofmethane and carbon monoxide shift reaction as the independent reactions and with the us e ofequilibrium temperature difference in the residual-oil gasification. The syngas flow, gas compositionand gasification temperature have been obtained,the operating conditions affecting gasification areanalyzed.The methane content increases somewhat with the increase of pressure in the range of 5.2 to 6. 0 MPa. The syngas flow and methane content increase and gasification temperature decreaseswith the increase of trie ratio of oxygen to residual-oil from 0.70 to 0.82 m ̄3(STP)/kg. The syngasflow and methane content decrease and gasification temperature increases with the increase of theratio of steam to residual-oil from 0.30 to 0.50 kg/kg. The elevation of the preheat temperature ofresidual-oil is favourable to the gasifier heat energy balance. The suitable operating conditions are asfollows:the gasification pressure is as high as possible if the oxygen compressor is perm itted,theratio of oxygen to residual-oil is abOut 0.75 m ̄3(STP)/kg,the ratio of steam to residual-oil is in therange of 0.35 to 0.50 kg/kg, the preheat temperature of residual-oil is controlled between 180 to260℃。
