有蛇管的釜中气液机械搅拌的功率研究 被引量:1

摘要 比较了挡板和蛇管对搅拌功率的影响关系,并在φ476和φ784两台几何相似的有蛇管釜中,采用六直叶圆盘涡轮,详细研究了不同液体中搅拌功率与通气量、桨径、桨层数、液位等因素的关系,由回归分析法得不通气时桨的功率准数Np为通气时的搅拌功率计算式为当在φ1000釜中安置三层圆盘涡轮桨和两层蛇管,改变液位等测量搅拌功率,结果如下不通气时通气时由上面计算式,能较准确地预测气液机械搅拌釜在复杂条件下的搅拌功率。 The effects of baffles and coil on agitation power has been compared.In 0.476m and 0.784mdiameter vessels of geometrical similarity,fitted with coil and 6 flat blade disc turbines,theinfluences of various factors,e.g gas feed rate,diameter and number of impeller,liquid depth,on power consumption for different liquids have been discussed in detail,and correlations have beenobtained as follows:The power consumption is measured continuaslly in the 1.0m diameter vessel equipped withthree layer turbines and double coils while changing the liquid height. The results areBy use of these correlations,the power required for gas-liquid system in mechanically agitatedvessels could be predicted accurately.
