摘要
用回转圆筒反应器(rotatingdrumreactor)针对剪切力对紫苏植物细胞的存活率的影响作了定量研究。结果表明剪切力和剪切时间明显影响细胞存活率,细胞的生长期和细胞浓度也对处于剪切状态下的细胞存后率有较大影响。处于静止期的细胞比处于指数生长期的细胞对剪切更敏感,细胞在高浓度下具有较高的存活率,另外,添加化学物质pluronicF-68能减轻剪切对该细胞的损伤作用。
Effects of shear stress on suspend cells of Perilla frutescens were quantitatively investi-gated in a well-defined shear field by use of a rotating drum reactor. Both shear stress and shearing time strongly affected cell viability. Growth state and concentration of cells also showed significant effects on the cell viability,i.e.,the cells at stationary phase were more susceptible to shear force than those at exponential phase,and the cell viability was higher at a higher cell concentration. Moreover, the results indicate that an addition of pluronic F-68 showed to be protective towards the suspended cells of P. frutescens from shear damage in the reactor.
