摘要
从聚合物凝胶溶胀热力学的观点研究了决定凝胶萃取分离效率和能力的溶质分配和凝胶滞胀问题；介绍了凝胶萃取机的原理和结构；描述并分析了多种生化制品的浓缩分离情况。
Based on the thermodynamics of swelling gel, factors affecting solute partition and deswelling of gel, which determine the selectivity and the capacity of gel extraction respectively, are analyzed. The principle of gel extraction machine and its structure are described. Concentration of several biochemical-products are discussed.
