甲基二乙醇胺合成工艺的研究

SYNTHESIS OF METHYLDIETHANOLAMINE

在实检室连续管式反应装置上，以环氧乙烷（EO）和甲胶（MA）水溶液为原料合成甲基二乙醇胺（MDEA），考察了温度、压力、进料组成、停留时间等对反应结果的影响．通过实验评选出了适宜的合成反应工艺条件。

Methyldiethanolamine was synthesized in a continuous pipe aretor. The effects oftemperture , pressure , stay time and raw material compositions on the reaction results were cxamined . The optimum reaction conditions were chosen out through experiments .
