摘要
本文在甲烷二氧化碳转化反应的Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂基础上,加入不同助剂,制备了用于上述反应的系列催化剂,在自装的多功能固定床流动化反应装置上评价了催化剂的催化活性,发现浸溃法是制备转化反应催化剂的较好方法.助剂的加入改善了催化剂中活性组分的分布,合成气收率和选择性都达到了理论平衡转化值.XRD结果证实了上述结论.
A series of catalysts named Ni/Al2O3 and modified by different promoters on the base of Ni/Al2O3, used in the reforming of methane with carbon dioxide to synthesis gas(CO/H2)are prepared. It is found that impregation method is the better one in preparing catalysts by evaluating the reaction activity on the fixed-bed flow self-control appratus. Both the conversion of CH4/CO2, and the yield of CO/H2 approach the caculated equilibrium value, and the XRD resultsof catalysts are given.
