水乳型防水涂料因其不污染环境、冷施工、价格较低和防水性能优良而在建筑中广泛应用．阐述了该涂料的成膜机理，介绍了该涂料的底涂层施工．
Water emulsion type waterproof coating is widely in use for buildingindustry thanks to its friendliness to enyirollment, cold application,low cost andgood water resistance. Its film forming mechanism is explained and primer application is introduced
