摘要
本文报导了盐酸四环素在Triton X—100表面活性剂存在下,于碱性介质中与Cu(Ⅱ)络合形成兰绿色的显色体系,从而用分光光度法来测定盐酸四环素含量的方法。该兰绿色显色液的最大吸收波长位于400nm处,色泽在1h内保持稳定不变。盐酸四环素含量在0~16μg/ml间符合比耳定律,其摩尔吸光系数为2.0×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。本法曾用于盐酸四环素片剂及四环素眼膏中盐酸四环素含量的测定,结果令人满意。方法具有简便、准确、灵敏等优点。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of small amount of tetra-cyclini hydrochloridum has been developed. In a basic solution ,tetracylini hydrochlo-ridum reacts with cupric chloride to form a blue -green complex. The maximum absorption of the blue - green complex is at 400nm and the colour is stable for one hour. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-16μg/ml and the molar absorptivity is 2. 0×104L × mol-1 · cm-1 .The recommended new method is simple , sensitive and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of tetracylinum content in tablet and ointment containing tetracylinum hydrochloridum with satisfactory results.
