次甲基蓝萃取光度法测定食品中糖精钠的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以次甲基蓝为显色剂,氯仿为萃取剂,建立了萃取光度法测定糖精钠的新方法。该方法的检测波长为705nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(705nm)为2.8×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),检出限为0.11μg/ml,线性范围为0—0.18mg/10ml。具有快速、灵敏和选择性好等优点。将本方法用于部分食品中糖精钠的测定,结果令人满意。 A new method of extractive spectrophotometry for determination of saccharin sodium salt has been established. The method is based on the reaction of methylene blue with the determined compound in sulfuric acid medium, forming a colour compound which can be extracted by chloroform. The maximum absorption wavelength of system is 705nm. The suface 705nm is 2. 8X104L mol-1 cm-1. The linear range is otained from o to 0. 18mg/10ml. The method are simple,rapid ,sensitive and reproducible. The method has been used to determine saccharin sodium salt in foods samples with satisfactory results. saccharin sodium salt determination ;Methylene blue ; Extractive spectrophotometry.
