摘要
本文通过动态旋转挂片失重法和静态阻垢试验,评定了多元醇磷酸酯类水质稳定剂PC-604在水介质中对碳钢的缓蚀作用和阻垢性能,用动电位扫描法测定了PC-604不同浓度和复配Zn^(2+)离子后的极化曲线.试验结果表明,PC-604缓蚀率可达98%以上,与Zn^(2+)复配有显著的协同效应,是一种具有优良缓蚀性能和一定阻垢性能的新型水质稳定剂.
In this paper, the inhibition efficiency of corrosion inhibitor PC-604 (A mixture of polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester, phosphate and polyphosphate) on carbon steel in cooling water have studied by weight loss and polarization curve methods. The results show that the inhibition efficiency can reach 98%. It can be forming complex compound with Zn2+ ions and has concerted effect. PC-604 is a new type of high efficient corrosion inhibitor and it also has an antiscaling property.
