在碱性介质中,吐温80-AuCl不需外加任何氧化剂就可产生较强的化学发光。在选定的最佳条件下,建立了吐温80-KOH体系测定痕量金的新化学发光分析法。流动注射进样法简单、方便。检测限为5.0×10(-9)g/mL;线性范围为1.0×10(-8)~1.0×10(-5)g/mL。常见离子中Ir(Ⅳ)和Os(Ⅳ)对金的测定有干扰。用于化探样品分析,结果令人满意。
Compounds of Tween group can produce chemiluminescence without the addition of oxidant in a basic medium. A new highly sensitive chemiluminescent method for the determination of trace amounts of gold is established. The detection limit is 5.0×10 ̄(-9)g/mL for gold, with a linear range of 1.0 × 10 ̄(-8)-1.0 × 10 ̄(-5)g/mL, and relative standard deviation of 1.8% for 1.0 × 10 ̄(-7)g/mL An(Ⅲ) solution. This method has been used to analyze some geological samples with satisfactory results.
