摘要
合成了新显色剂5-氯-甲亚胺H,并研究了其与硼的反应条件。在pH5.5的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,显色剂与硼形成2:1的络合物。最大吸收波长为430nm。摩尔吸光系数为5.95×10~3L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Sandell灵敏度为0.0018μg·cm^(-2)。硼量在0~25μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。用EDTA掩蔽各种干扰离子可直接测定氧化镁样品中的硼。方法快速、准确。
In this paper, the synthesis of 1-(2-hydroxy-5chlorobenzylidene-amino) -8-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6 disulphonic acid is reported and its reaction with Bhas been studied. In an NH4Ac-HAc buffer mediumof pH 5.5, B reacts with the reagent to form a 1:2yellow complex having a maximum absorption at 430nm. Its molar absorptivity being 5.95 ×103L·mol-1 ·cm-1, Sandell's sensitivity being 0. 0018μg·cm-2, Beer's law is obeyed for 0-25μg B in 25mL.This method has been applied to the determination of B in magnesium oxide with good results.
