γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉微结构的X射线衍射研究

摘要 本文通过分析由X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜所得到的粒子大小和BET法测量的比表面积的关系,研究了有代表性的几种商用γ-Fe2O3磁粉粒子的微结构.X射线衍射线加宽法测得的氧离子亚晶格畴尺寸反映了组成针状粒子的微晶或嵌镶晶块的大小.对于微孔型多晶粒子,准球状微晶链合形成球链状结构;对于微缝型单晶粒子.取向准桎状晶块链合形成竹节状结构. Abstract By studing the correlation between the sizes obtained from XRD and TEM measurementsand the specific surface areas determined by BET method, several commercial acicularγ-Fe2O3 were studied for their microstructure. It is shown that the sizes obtained from X-raydiffraction line broadening are ones of coherent domain in which X-ray can be reflected inPhase; the domain size of the oxysch sublatticc is avcrage Size of the microcrystal or mosaiccrystallite within aticular particle. For the micropores or polycrystalline particle, thequasi-spherical microcrystals are lined togother to form a chain like-of-spheres structure; forthe microfissuring or single crystal particle, the oriented quasi-cylinder masaic crystallites arebonded together to form a laemodipodiform structure.
