摘要
本文给出了气相色谱柱温智能最佳化的程序设计原理及其应用实例,用烃/卤代烃混合样作为实际样品进行验证,预测值与实验值能很好吻合.
The gas chromatographic separation of a given sample can be improved by using column temperature intelligent optimization method described in this paper. The reliability of resulting predictions was ev 'uated in the present study for air toxic compounds, retention time predictions were accurate within ± 3% in 60℃ / min temperature rate.
