摘要
本文用气相色谱测定苍耳油的组成是软脂酸5.1%.硬脂酸3.6%;油酸26.8%:亚油酸64.1%;亚麻酸0.4%.苍耳油通过皂化,酸化,冷冻结晶等工艺制出符合医药标准的亚油酸.并对这些工艺参数进行了考察.
The Components of cockebur kernel oil was determined by gas liguid chromatograph in thisnaper. The fatty acids in cockebur kernel oil were 5 .1%, nalmitic. 3 .6% stearic, 26 .8% oleic,64.1% tinoleic and 0.4 tinolenic acid The linoleic acid was prepared from cockebur kernel oilby saponification, acidification and low-temperature cryitallization.
