中国“极地”号船的空气微生物 被引量:6

摘要 在“极地”号船于1986年10月~1987年5月赴南极暨环球航行的199d中,分7次对该船作了空气微生物监测.结果表明,该船舱内空气微生物含量的大体范围是97.5~4323.0CFU/m3。平均在1000CFU/m3左右.其分布状况大体上是上层较中、下层的少.霉菌的检出率约45.7×10-2.霉菌与微生物总数量约17.4×10-2左右.舱内外空气微生物数量变化受制于船只所处地理位置和季节,舱内空气微生物的变化有其特异性.这些结果基本上客观地反映了该船的空气状况.同时,环境洁净程度与人们的主观努力很有关系。“极地”号船尚有改善环境的余地。 During the 199 days of the voyage of R/V“Ji Di”to Antarctica and round the earth from Oct., 1986 to May, 1987, monitoring of air-borne microbe in the vessel was Performed seven times. The results show that the content of air-borne microbe in the vessel ranged roughly from 97. 5-4323. 0 CFU/M3, averaging about 1000CPU/M3. As to the quantitative microbeal distribution,there were fewer microal in the cabins on the upper deck than those on the middle and lower decks, and fewer in the cabins on the upper deck than those on the middel and lower decks,and fewer in the workins rooms than in the cabins. The detection rates of mildew amounted to 45. 7 %and the content of mildew to 17. 4% of the total quantity of the microbe. The numeral change of air-borne microbes inside and outside of the vessel was conditioned by is geogfaphical location and seasons. There was a Particularity of change about the air-borne microbes in the cabins. Meanwhile, the purity of the environment was related to management and People's subjective efforts. So there is still room for“Ji Di”to improve its enviroment.
