加层改造技术是一项在国内尚未完善的新兴学科技术。它是利用地基处理技术及建筑结构、构造处理技术在原有房屋上加层改造,从而节约用地.减少投资,有效地增加建筑面积的一项综合技术,对工程实际有一定的参考价值。
The floor-adding technology is a new scientific field in our country.With the help of the technology for of building foundation treatment,the technology of building structure and structure treatment,it is possible to add floors on the buildings.It is a comprehsive technology to make full use of the available land,reduce loans and increase the building size.So it has great val- ue in practical use.
