摘要
讨论了灰绿链霉菌产生抗生素的菌种选育和发酵工艺。以实验室保藏菌株 S.griseoviridus 400E—2为出发菌株经紫外线、亚硝基胍及亚硝基胍再处理,用“琼脂移块法”从数千支菌株中筛选得一支高产菌株 S.griseoviridus LR-0940.经条件优化发酵滤液的生物效价是原菌株的30倍,达236r/ml。
The selection and fermentation technology of viriginiamycin-like antibiotics-pro- ducing from strcptomyees griseoviridus is studied,The initial strain S.griseoviridus 400E-2 is treated with Ultra-Violet ,N-Methyl-N′-nitro-Nnitrosoguanidus and N-Methyl-N′-nitro-Nnitro- gosoguanidus again.A high producing S.griseoviridus LR-0940 is selected from thousands of strains.In optimum conditions,the antibiotic activity in ferment filtrate produced by S. griseoviridus LR-0940 reaches 236r/ml which is 30 times more than that of S.griseoviridus 400E-2.
