摘要
本文综合论述了实验室内部质量控制分析中的空白值，及影响空白值的诸多因素，并论述了三种检测限，通过实际测试计算出样品的最低检测限，在此基础上，提出在实验室内部质量控制中空白值、检测限。
It's disscussed the blank value for quality control in laboratory in this article. It also states effect on factors for blank value and put forward three of limit of detection.On the basis of a large number of experiment, it's calculated the minimum detectability for samples. Futhermore, it was applied how to wse the bland value, the limit of detection,and the calibration curve for quality control.in laboratory.
