机场环境噪声影响的计算机模拟

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF ENVIORNMENT NOISE AROUND AIRPORT

本文在分析机场环境噪声影响因素的基础上，讨论了评定机场噪声的定量标准．以国际民航组织ＩＣＡＯ确定采用的计权等效连续感觉噪声级ＷＥＣＰＮＬ为基础，建立了计算机场环境噪声影响的程序．并对某机场做了计算分析．为新机场的建设，老机场的改造等提供了一种环境噪声评估的实用方法．

On the basis of analysing the effects of enviornment noise on airport,thispaper discussed the quantitative standards evaluating enviornment noise around airport. The weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level(WECPNL) established by International Civil Aviation Organization(LCAO) was accepted as the theory foundation. A program was completed for ealculating enviornment noisein airport, and a international airport was simulated and analysed as an example. this paper gave a useful method of evaluating enviornment noise for constructing new airports and rebuild old ones.
