摘要
本文深入研究了工业废水中PAH的前处理及液相色谱分析方法.建立了工业废水在酸性条件下,用二氯甲烷萃取PAH的简单前处理方法和采用ZORBAXC8柱与RF-510萤光检测器串联测定7种PAH,用SPD-2AS紫外检测器测定3种PAH的液相色谱法.该方法准确度大于90%,精密度小于5%,各种PAH的检测下限为1.000-0.003ng.
This article studies the pretreatment of PAH in industrial wastewater and analysis meth ods of liqid chromatography.under the acid condition,it's found a kind of simple pretre atment method of PAH and using ZORBAX C8 column and R10 fluorescent light examiner to determine 7 kinds of PAH.and using SPD 2AS ultraviolet examiner to determine 3 kinds of PAH.The accuracy is more than 90% and the precision is less than 5%.The lower limit value of exami naion of various PAH are from 1. 000- 0. 003ng.
