在苏木色精-偏钒酸胺体系中,锗可产生一灵敏的极谱催化皎.峰电位为-0.57v(vs SCE),检测下限为6.888×10^(-11)mol/1,线性范围为1.378×10^(-10)—1.102×10(-6)mol/1.用催化极港法同定茶叶中诸,兼具灵敏、准确、快速、简便、选择性好的优点,可用于茶叶样品中猪的定且同定.
The catalytic polarographic determination of germanium by use of the Hematoxylin (C16 H14O6·3H2O)-Arnmonium Meta Vanadate (NH4VO3) system is sensitive catalytic wave. The peak potential is -0.57V(vs SCE). The detection limit for germanium is 6.888×l0-11 mol/1 in the final solution. The working range of the calibration is 1.378 × 10-10-1.102× 10-6 mol/1. This method for determination of trace germanium in tea-leave is rather sensitive, accurate and rapid method with easy operation and good selectivity. This system will be used by accurate quantitative determination of samples in tea-leaves.
