摘要
当前全国各地掀起的房地产业方兴未艾，然而忽视房地产开发中的环境保护意识的短期行为，必将造成未来域市发展的战略失误。文内列举古、今、中、外有关资料并调查了某些城市房地产开发热中忽视环境保护的典型事例，试图对改革开放形势下的房地产业发展方向有所借鉴。
Real estate developping is a booming industry in present. The weakness of the environ-ment consciousness is a critical problem in estate developping. This eassy adhering to theprinciples of the environment protection and harmany, sets forth from three levels.The first level elaborates the interact effect between the real estate and its surround-ings. The second focuses the coordination between the real estate and urban planning. Thethird level makes a systematic expposition of the environmetal conscionsness in the urbanoverall plan.
