灌溉用污水的细胞遗传毒理学研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对灌田污水的细胞遗传毒理学效应的研究,证实污水的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率明显高于蒸馏水组(P<0.01)。污水鱼外周血红细胞微核出现率较高(0.2~0.9‰)。说明污水中含有细胞遗传毒物质。提示灌溉用污水要经过一定的处理过程,以减少和杜绝细胞遗传毒物质进入人群食物链。 This article studied on the cytogenetic toxicological effects of sewage and wastewater for irrigation,The results showed that micronacleas rate among vica faba root tip cell drenched into sewage and wastewater for irrigation was higher significantly than that drenched into distilled water,p<0.01.The incidence of micronucleus among nucleated erythrocytes in peripheral blood for the young carp fish living in ponds with mixture of sewage,wastewater and fresh water was 0.2~0.9‰.It was higher than that living in the reservoir-a source for drinking water supply significantly,P<0.01.It seems to indicate that there are cytienetic toxicants in the sewage and wastewater for irrigation. So the sewage and wastewater for irrigation have to be pretreated prior to irrigating the farm land in order to decrease and block cytienetic twlicauts entering human food chain.
