企业生态工程研究──以峨嵋半导体材料厂为例 被引量:1

摘要 应用生态学的基本原理和系统工程的方法,遵循生态工程“整体、协调、循环、再生”的原则,进行了峨嵋半导体材料厂企业生态工程的研究。研究内容包括:企业生态系统的设计;通过生产过程中生态工艺的建立和完善,能源的有效利用,废弃物的资源化,大气、水污染物的净化设施的建立,绿化工程的建设以及企业生态环境的监测等环节进行企业生态工程的实施和企业生态工程的综合评价。并在分析企业生态结构的基础上较为详细地论述了企业生态工程的基本理论。研究结果表明,企业生态工程的实现使企业的资源和能源得到最大限度的利用,减少了污染物的排放量,从而减少了由于工业生产对人类所产生的危害,使企业真正达到经济、社会、环境三效益的统一。 A study on the industrial ecological engineering(IEE)was conducted in the Emei SemiconductorMaterials Factory by applying the fundamentals ofecology and the methodology of systems engineeringand by following the ecological engineeringsprinciples of integration, coordination,circulationand regeneration. The design, implementatiion andevaluation of IEE were also carried out,includingthe perfection of preduction chains and theconversion of industrial and domestic wastes toresources. The basic theories on IEE were alsodescribed in more details based on the analysis ofecological structures in industries. The results showthat the realization of lEE allowed the resources andenergy being most efficiently used in the factory,reducing the discharge of pollutants that in turndecreased the damage of industrial production tohuman beings,thus really achieving the unificationof social,economic and environmental benefits.
