Carp(cyprinus carpio)was exposed to Dimehypo of 0.1mg/L for 30 days in water at 20±2℃.The intake of food and behavior was normal,but lipid droplets and vacuoles appeared in hepatopancreas tissues and the kidney tissue was deteriorated partially.When the concentration of Dimehypo was 2.0mg/L,the intake of food decreased and the swimming became slow,the quantity of the lipid droplets and vocals in hepatopancreas tissue increased and their volume enlarged,the epithelium cells of kidney tubules became coagulative necrosis.When the concentration of Dimehypo increased to 3.0mg/L,the fish loose one’s balance,ascites,the hepatopancreas tissue became necrosis partially,the glomerular capsule and kidney tubules were necrosis.
