摘要
本文主要讨论了在航空遥感调查获得的土地利用现状图基础上,运用GIS技术,建立城市土地利用与人口空间数据库,进行居住人口密度估算。文中通过对国内外现有的人口估算方法的分析,建立了一种居住用地面积与人口的线性相关数学模型。该模型以人口普查获得的区或街道人口总数为标准,采用最小二乘线性回归方法,求出各种居住类型下人口密度值的最佳解。并以上海市普陀区为例,详细讨论了模型具体运用中出现的若干问题与解决方法,获得了较为满意的结果。
Urban population decides the scale of urban,and the structure and dis-tribution of urban population are the principal factors for considering in urbandeveloping and planning.This paper discusses the establishement of a spatialdatabase of land resource by using the GIS software of ARC /INFO. The inputingdata are obtained from the landuse map surveyed with aerial remote sensing imagesin Shanghai.As an application of the database,we develop a model of estimatingpopulation density which related to reside land area. By means of linear regressionmethod,the model is getting best salve of population density to various kinds ofresidential land types. This paper also discusses some problems in building up the model using landresource database and provides concrete solving methods in the example of PutuoDistrict,Shanghai.The result in the example is satisfied.
