矿泉壶的矿化作用及其对水质影响的研究

Mineralization and Effects of Mineral Pot on the Quality of Water

对北京市市售的１１种矿泉壶的矿化作用及其对水质影响的研究结果表明：矿泉壶对水质有显著的矿化作用，可使水中某些化学物质含量下降，还具有一定的净化能力。但也有可能溶出其它化学物质，使水中某些化学指标增高，提示矿泉壶对水质的影响是复杂的综合性作用。因此，作者认为长期饮用矿泉壶矿化水的健康效应有待深入探讨。

In this study,the mineralization and effects of 11 kinds of mineral pot sold in Beijing were detected and analyzed.The result showed that the mineralization of mineral pot on quality of water was significant. However,some harmful chemical substances might be dissolved into the water,which resulted in the increase of these substances in the water,when the purification of mineral pot on water was found,by which some other chemical substances were decreased.It was suggested that the effects of mineral pot on quality of water were complex and manifold. So it is necessary to further study the influence of drink of the water mineralized with mineral pot on health.
