摘要 下流式吸附槽、又充气吸附槽以及高速搅拌吸附槽在煤金团聚(CoalGoldAgglomeration简称CGA)工艺从堆浸尾渣中提金的试验结果比较表明:相同试验条件下,下流式吸附槽达到相同的金回收率,搅拌速度较高速搅拌吸附槽及自充气吸附槽明显降低,设备效率明显提高,且放大性能良好。下流式吸附槽连续性试验证明两级串联就能达到CGA工艺要求指标,级数和搅拌速度均较文献报道有显著降低,说明下流式吸附槽具有工业应用潜力。 In this paper,the down-flow adsorption tank,self-aerating adsorption tank and high-speed stirring adsorption tank have been used experimentally in gold extraction from heap leached tailings by Coal Gold Agglomeration Process.It shows from the comparison among the experimental results that the down-flow adsorption tank can work at much less stiring speed with much better equipment efficiency and much better scaling up performance than the other two kinds tank on the premise of the same recovery rate and working conditions.It also demonstrates from the continuous testing of down-flow adsorption tank that only two stages in series are able to satisfy the demand of CGA index,that is to say,both stage quantity and stirring speed are smaller than the reports in literatures abroad. Consequently, the down-flow adsorption tank has shown its great potentialities of commercial-scal application.
