摘要 本文针对浮选金精矿提出了一个无氰提金新方法。该法将金精矿进行焙烧回收硫,然后采用氯化钠+溴水浸取金,浸取的贵液控制盐酸酸度为10%,利用泡沫塑料吸附金、金的回收率在99%以上。新工艺方法具有操作简单、成本低、周期短、回收率高,不污染环境,对于乡镇企业开发黄金生产具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。 For gold flotation concentrate. this paper raises a fresh cyanidefree technology of gold extraction.The gold concentrate is roasted to removesulphur,then,leach it with mixed solution of sodium chloride and bromine liquor.The density of hydrochloric acid in pregnant solution is limited to 10%, andthe gold in the pregnant solution is adsorbed by foam plastics.In this way, thegold recovery rate is able to reach to 99% or more.This method is easy to beoperated with low cost,short action cycle,high gold recovery rate and free ofenvironmental polution,so it is provided with good economic and social benefitespecially for the business managed by village or small town authorities todevelop gold production.
