含硼多元合金耐磨铸铁球的磨矿工业试验与生产实践

Commercial-scale trail and operation practice of ore-grinding by using boron-bearing and wear-resisting cast iron ball made from multi-element alloy

本文叙述五龙金矿选厂湿式磨机处理低硫化物石英脉含金矿石，采用自产含硼多元合金耐磨球，在工业试验与生产实践中均证实该球有较好的耐磨性。该球与过去使用的自产铸铁球相比，吨原矿球耗降低了１．２７ｋｇ，年可节约球耗费用４５万元，不仅企业能取得较好的经济效益，而且还有较好的社会效益。

This paper made a description on the use of boron-bearing and wear resisting cast iron ball made from multi-element alloy by ourselves in the concentrating mill of Wu-Long Gold Mine to treat gold ores of low sulphidecontaining quartz Vein.It was proved from commercial-scale trail and operation practice that this sort of ball was provided with greater wear-resistivity. Comparing with cast iron ball made by ourselves in the past, the ball consumption(when this sort of ball used)per ton of run-of-mine reduced by1.27kg,that is to say,$450, 000 of ball consumption expense were cut down per year totally which brought about both great economic and social benefits.
