采用TPG冶炼技术提高冶炼回收率的生产实践

摘要 针对黑龙江省老柞山金矿中频炉炼金工艺中存在的问题,国家黄金管理局下达科研任务,解决原中频炉炼金所存在的问题。经现场考查,选择冶炼溶剂为碳酸钠、硼砂、石英砂,同时增加烟气收尘,过滤工序,完善了工艺流程。生产实践表明一次冶炼炉渣含金品位低于30g/t,冶炼直收率达99.82%,提高老柞山金矿冶炼回收率16个百分点、企业年增加经济效益200万元. Directing against the problems existed in gold smelting with medium frequency furnace in Lao-Zuo-Shan Gold Mine,the National Gold Administration assigned a task of scientific research to Changchu Gold Research Institute and other organizations to solve these problems. Through investigation and analysis on the spot, sodium carbonate, borax and quartz qrain were selected as smelter flux while the flue gas collecting and filtration were supplemented to perfect further its flowsheet. As a result, the grade of inital smelter slag was lower than 30g/t, the gold recovery from smelting reached to 99. 82% which was 16 percent higher than that made in Lao-Zuo-Shan Gold Mine and the economic benefit was improved by $ 2000 thousands.
