摘要
本工作利用灌流技术,观察了不同浓度的表皮生长因子(EGF)(25、50、100、500ng/ml)和生长抑素(SRIF)对妊娠早期人工流产新鲜胎盘绒毛分泌人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的影响.结果表明,EGF对人早期胎盘hCG的分泌有双向作用,50ng对hCG分泌刺激作用最大,500ng则抑制hCG的分泌。生长抑素单独使用不影响hCG分泌,但可抑制EGF诱导的hCG分泌。提示EGF、SRIF可能参与hCG的分泌调节。
sing perfusion technique,the effects of Epidermal Growth factor(EGF)and Somatostatin(SPIF)on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(hCG)secretion of Pla-centa at 45~55 days of pregnency were observed in vitro.EGF plays a dual rolein hCG secretion.EGF at the concentration of 50ng/ml stimulated hCG secretion signi-ficantly.EGF secretion was inhibited by the highest dose(500ng/ml) f EGF.However,SRIF had no effect on basal hCG secretion in chorion perfusion. We observedfirst that SRIF inhibited increase of hCG induced by EGF.EGF and SRIP mayplay important roles in the regulation of hCG secretion.
