摘要
转化试验和裸鼠接种诱癌试验结果表明:环境诱变剂GMA能诱发BALB/c3T3细胞发生明显的形态学转化作用,当细胞培养中GMA浓度为4μg/ml时,转化率与阳性对照(MCA浓度为2.5μg/ml)相近,且具有剂量—效应关系;用经分离、鉴定得到的转化细胞接种裸鼠背、腋皮下部位,22d后局部出现肿块,经病理检查均为纤维肉瘤,从而在细胞和整体水平上证明GMA具有致癌性。
ALB/c 3T3 cells as target cells in vitro and nude mice as target animal invivo have been tested for cell malignant transformation and tumor formation induc-ed by GMA,respectively.After exposure to well-known carcinogen MGA with finalconcentration of 2.5μg/ml and new mutagen GMA with 1~8μg/ml,typical morpholo-gical transformation in both treated cells was observed.In vitro experimental resultshowed a relationship of dose-response.In 100%of nude mice inoculated withtransformated cells in 22 days tumors were seen and identified as fibrosarcoma bypathological histology.
