摘要
采用荧光法测定急性重复缺氧小鼠脑中的脂质过氧化水平,发现经一次、二次重复缺氧的小鼠与对照组之间存在统计学差异,且脂质过氧化水平随重复次数的增加而提高。但四次重复缺氧时,则又呈现向对照组水平回落的趋势。
he levels of lipid peroxides in the mouse bisin were determined by thiobar- bituric acid fluorophotometry during acute repeatcd exposure to hypoxia. The 1 evcl of lipoperoxide was found to be increasad as the hypxia exposure repeated for 1 ahd 2 runs. Significant differences were shown between the control group and experimental group exposed to hypoxia for 1 run and 2 runs. No sigificant diffc- rencc in the lipoperoxide level was seen between control group and experimental gr oup expoxed to hypoxia for 4 runs.suggesting some adaptive changes occur in the brain of hypoxia rsistane mice.
