摘要
本文结合我们研制的可编程控制器在高炉探尺系统中的应用,介绍了系统的硬件组成,码盘译码的实现和控制过程。运行情况表明,高炉探尺采用PLC控制,可靠性增强,控制精度提高,有着明显的经济效益。
The paper introduces the application of a programmable controller designed by the author to the control of a blast furnace probing rod system. The composition of the control system hardware, the implementation of the code interpreter and control procedures are discussed. The operation results show that by using PLC controller, the reliability and control accuracy of the probing rod system are improved significanty, and the great economic benefit can be achieved.
