摘要
本文在锻造炉上选择SiC管和Al_2O_3管作为在线黑体空腔,通过测量腔体的温度分布,并利用传统的方法和精度公式法,对上述在线黑体空腔的精度等级进行了评价。
In this paper, SiC tube and Al_2O_3 tube are chosen as on-line blackboldy cavity in forge furnace andby measuring the temperature distribution of the cavity, both the traditional meethod and accurate formulamethod given by the anthors are used to estimate the accuracy level of above on-line blackboldy cavity.
