摘要
本文集中了钒钛球铁、38SiMnMo等5种材料的非硬化齿轮和20CrMnMo等7种材料的表面硬化齿轮的接触疲劳强度的试验研究结果;比较了这12种材料齿轮的极限应力σHLim和可靠度R=O.99的S—N曲线,从而得到有关σHLim和ZNT等取值的若干结论。
The test data of contact fatigue strength of gears for 12 kinds of material like V-Ti spheroidal graphite cast iron,38SiMnMo and 20CrMnMo etc.are presented.The pitting endurance limits σHim and S-N Curves(R=0. 99)for gears of these materials are compared. Then some conclusions about how to make σHim and ZNT Choice are obtained.
